So you want to come to an XR Women event?
Great! You’re in the right place!
We are now in ENGAGE!
To ensure a seamless experience, you should go through this process at least a day before the event you want to attend.
It is recommended to download the ENGAGE platform on both your computer and headset in advance to have multiple join options.
Step 1
Create an Account on the ENGAGE platform
Follow the instructions to create your account.
Step 2
Download + Install the ENGAGE platform
You may download Engage on your computer or on your favorite headset!
Step 3
Create Your Avatar
You may also upload a headshot to generate a realistic, 3D model of your head for your avatar!
Step 4
Find XR Women every Wednesday in ENGAGE!
Once you log in to the application, click on “Events” to find the XR Women event every Wednesday starting at 8:45am PST/ 11:45am EST. Then choose “Attend” or “Request Access.” You can RSVP to events as soon as they appear on the ENGAGE Events menu.
