XR Women was established in 2020 as a way to connect, educate, and support women and allies who are making waves in Virtual, Augmented, and Mixed Reality.

XR Women is a pioneering global community, dedicated to empowering women in the fast-evolving realms of emerging technologies such as XR (Extended Reality), AI (Artificial Intelligence), and the metaverse. Since its inception in November 2020, our community has grown exponentially, uniting over 800 members from around the world who share a common passion for advancing women in tech.

Weekly, we convene in virtual worlds, creating a dynamic platform for women to connect, collaborate, and learn from one another. Our 150+ metaverse events over 3 years have showcased inspiring women from diverse verticals within the immersive technology industry, underscoring the crucial role they play in shaping the future of technology.
